Indore, the largest city in Central India, is also referred to as the ‘smart city’ owing to its emerging urban ecosystem designed to integrate the latest technology within its operations to offer more responsive, effective and sustainable services to its residents.
Being the only city in the country to house both the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore has become the educational hub of central India. The city is on the verge of major infrastructural enhancement with ongoing flyover and metro projects improving connectivity within the city.
The opportunities offered by Indore have accelerated the population influx over the years. To accommodate the rising urban population, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, in association with Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) is establishing four new housing projects – Gulmarg Parisar, Gulmarg Parisar 2, Palash Parisar and Tapti Parisar at different locations, each being an embodiment of comfort and sustainability.
